Church Position Forms

It's that time of year when positions in our church need to be filled. Forms are located on the table next to the office. Please be in prayer about your service in our church. Pray for God's wisdom and guidance in your decision. Forms must be turned in no later than September 4th. Thank you for your willingness to serve.
